A really short read, but one I've thought about long after finishing it. Han argues that modern burnout isn't caused by someone else overworking us - it's because we've become our own taskmasters, constantly trying to optimise, achieve and improve. Whether you agree with all of it or not, it's one of those books that makes you stop and look at the way you work (and probably recognise a bit too much of yourself).
